A great way to mix up the team dynamics challenges with some adventure, this option allows us to first learn about our teams qualities and then implement our newfound knowledge in a practical way on an exciting adventure challenge. 

 

Here is a typical outline of this option:

 

• Arrive at location, tea / coffee and biscuits

• Meet our team and brief for the day

• Icebreaker challenges 

• Team Dynamics Challenges with analysis throughout 

• Lunch

• Adventure activity or further team challenges pick ONE of the activities pictured below

• Final debrief and farewell

 

This single day event can be run in the Mournes or along the Causeway Coast, providing there is suitable locations for the selected adventure activity - Coasteering for example is best delivered at the Causeway. You may select one of the following activities from the list below.
