This family adventure camp is the perfect two day event for kids and adults alike, with the camp being tailored to challenge everyone involved at a level suited to their age and /or ability.

Rock Climbing & Abseiling

This sounds like a big challenge to some people, and to others it just sounds like fun! Our team of experienced and professional instructors will make it their mission to make sure that EVERYONE can take part at a level that suits them. If that means going to the top of the 20 metre cliff face and abseiling back down it, great! If that means staying to the low level climbing challenges or smaller abseil, thats great too. This activity is totally about personal challenge, and the local quarry that we use for the session is well laid out to suit everyone's needs.

The beautifully landscaped base area is perfect for family picnics too while you watch your loved ones have fun on the rocks, and importantly it is buggy and wheel chair friendly too!

Special Forces Survival

In the afternoon session, we'll drive a short distance to a location which is perfect for using the natural landscape to teach and hone our soon to be amazing survival skills! Our instructors will begin by setting you all up for a specific survival scenario and then teach you some essential skills in making yourself safe in the wilderness.

We'll cover the five essentials of survival: food, water, shelter, warmth and a big one - MORALE!

We'll discuss the importance of each area and show you practical ways to address each topic SAFELY by using some natural and man-made equipment around us.

An absolutely great activity for the whole family, we guarantee everyone will learn something cool on this session!

Rocky Shores & Crab Fishing

This is an educational and fun session on the beach. We'll spend the morning doing an exciting and educational scavenger hunt, where we'll find all sorts of interesting local beach life and learn some cool facts about them. After this we'll do some crab fishing on a catch and release style, and finish with a big crab race, where the crabs can safely get back to the sea.

Kilbroney Park Challenge

This is our new activity based in and around the lower grounds of the park. All that we'll say for now is that you'll need to be fast and fit to gather as many points for your team as possible on this fun and friendly competition.

All technical equipment and professional instruction is provided

Lunch, personal clothing and transport to and from activity is NOT included

A detailed kit list and registration form will be sent out during the booking process but please feel free to contact us at anytime to chat about a detail you're unsure of.
