• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

• Please note that vouchers bought for single participants can only be used on activity open days or by being added onto a pre-existing group booking. Don't worry though, there are plenty of oppurtunities to do this each month. 

• If you buy 4  single vouchers or more you can arrange a private date and time to suit your group, 2 to 3 times a day, seven days a week. This is due to minimum operating numbers for the business.

Although we expect your loved one will love their gift, if they decide not to come we must infom you that all gift cards are NON-REFUNDABLE. We will however offer you different activities in lieu of the unwanted experience, or other people can of course use the ticket in place of the assigned person.
