Our Mourne Mountain Challenge is the perfect team day / two days out for those adventurous folks who want a real challenge, all set in the heart of the stunning Mourne Mountains. We split your team into smaller groups, give them a map, check you have all the kit you need and send you on your way to navigate across the hills and valleys, arriving at checkpoints where challenges are set out to gain points for your team. Some challenges are simple, some are real brain teasers, while some are pure adrenaline filled adventures on the edge of clifftops and in cold mountain waters! This challenge is certainly going to test all members of your team and let them know their real strengths. 

 

After the full day out in the mountains, you have two options. 

 

Option 1

 

Arrive at the finish, find out who the winning team is and celebrate with some prosecco and beers before heading home after a great day out. 

 

Option 2

 

Arrive at camp, have a glass of prosecco / beer, drop your rucksacks, find a place to stay and begin setting up camp, because you are staying outdoors for the night sleeping under the stars!

 

We will feed you with tasty campfire food, supply some drinks for all, and spend the evening around the campfire telling stories and generally having the craic with your team. Evening activities can be offered also. 

 

The following morning upon waking up, we'll supply you with a tasty cooked breakfast, then after packing up camp we'll head around to the nearby Bloody Bridge River to have a nice refreshing - and exhilarating - dip in the river, climbing waterfalls, sliding down rock slides, jumping off cliffs and generally having a great time before setting off home to warm up and relax after a couple of days of pure nature and craic. 

 

Please note that our team of mountain leaders will be either with your teams all the way, or stationed at checkpoints and remotely supervising you. Chat to us during booking to discuss further.
